Communication SOPs

Note:
- Please avoid contacting the management or teachers directly on their personal numbers, as they are not allowed to handle queries through personal channels.
- We aim to address all queries within 48 hours (2 working days).
School Visiting Hours:
Visiting Hours are from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, Tuesday to Thursday, by prior appointment only.
Note: Visitors/Parents must have their original CNIC with them. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the school premises. This is a precautionary measure to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to our facilities and interact with our students.
Student Data Changes:
Any updates or changes in students’ data/profile (home address, mobile number, etc.) must be immediately reported to the school office. For this purpose, parents are required to submit a written application to the Communication Department or send a request via the MGS Parents App.
Student Affairs Dealing:
Only parents or legal guardians are permitted to raise concerns or discuss their child's progress. The school will not entertain requests from relatives or private tutors.
School Rules and Regulations
Late Arrival Policy:
All students must arrive at the school campus before the standard reporting time of 07:45 am. All school gates will be closed promptly at 07:50 am. Students arriving after the reporting time will be sent home.
Early Departure Policy:
Students will not be permitted to leave the school early, except in cases of emergency or illness during school hours. In cases where students have to leave early due to a specific reason, parents should notify the school office at least a day before or submit a written application at Gate No. 2 by 08:00 am. Students should not attend school if they are unwell.
Uniform and Hygiene Policy:
- Playgroup students are not required to wear a uniform. Uniforms start from Nursery.
- Girls from Grade I onwards are required to wear a scarf as part of their uniform.
- Abayas are mandatory for girls from Grade VI onwards.
- The uniform must be neat and clean.
- Students must wear undergarments.
- Students' hair should be properly combed, trimmed, and free of lice.
- Students' nails should be neat and properly trimmed.
- Students must maintain good personal hygiene habits, including regular showers, handwashing, grooming, and dental cleanliness.
School ID Card Policy:
- All students must have their Student ID Card to leave the school premises. Without the ID Card, students are not allowed to leave school. Parents must present the Student ID Card when picking up their child.
- If parents forget the Student ID Card at dispersal time, they may obtain a gate pass from the Communication Department. A fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged from the third issuance onward.
- If a student loses their Student ID Card, a fee of Rs. 500/- is required for reissuance. Until the new ID Card is received, parents can obtain a gate pass from the Communication Department for school dispersal.
- If the Student ID Card is damaged, students can show it to their respective coordinator and get a new card issued from the Communication Department at no additional cost.
